Matt founded Home after leading the activist acquisition and subsequent take private of Countrywide PLC, the UK’s largest residential property group. Matt is a veteran founder, whose previous successes include building and exiting Natural Retreats, a UK holiday lets and sales company.

15+ years delivering transformational user experience projects, product design and strategy within a variety of sectors. Responsible for the UK digital experience at Bupa for over five years, leading the design and experience of a major digital transformation and global rebrand process.
Chairman of RICS, Martin has worked at the highest levels across all real estate sectors with developers, investors and occupiers, and has leadership and management experience of both the markets side of the industry and the professional and advisory side – this including Valuations, Property Management, Facilities Management and Construction. This experience has covered the running of large multifaceted organisations through to specialist start-ups.
A property entrepreneur with experience across residential and leisure sectors in the UK and abroad, Robin is former MD/CEO of Barnard Marcus, Cluttons, and Hamptons, which he sold for £45m in 2005. Subsequently, Robin became co-owner of Countrywide (Sold 2021), Sotheby’s International (Sold 2023) and, now, Foxtons.
A trained accountant, Edward is a former entrepreneur with exits to Esso and Viridor. Edward is currently involved in 10+ start-up companies as an advisor, and spends a lot of time running his family estates. As the Duke of Norfolk, he is also the Earl Marshal and was responsible for delivering the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
A 20+ veteran of investment banking and private equity, Josh has worked with Cantor Fitzgerald, Lehman Brothers and Nomura International. He’s advised corporates, investors and UHNWIs on over $80bn of strategic investments and capital market transactions globally.
Django is a Founding Partner of Hosking Partners. Former Partner at TCI-backed financials-fund Algebris, he moved to help Jeremy Hosking set up Hosking Partners in 2013. Hosking Partners is a behavioural global equity manager, which now has assets under management in excess of $8bn.
